MCDONOUGH RECRUITER'S GUIDE:
SOURCING TALENT

There are a variety of ways for you to advertise your job opportunities and find students who fit your needs. The best results are usually achieved through a combination of the services listed below. The only thing we can't do for you is make the hiring decision.

View Resume Books

Resume books are an effective way to search for students with a specific background or profile. Our Career Management team can customize books for you based on your search.  Examples may include diversity, second-year or first-year books.

To request diversity resume books, contact Employer-Relations@msb.edu.  You can gain access to our second-year and first-year resume books by going online to MBA Focus.

Post a Job (Full-time Program, Evening Program, Alumni)

By posting your job on our online recruiting system, you can receive resumes of students specifically interested in your opportunity. We will collect the resumes and email them to you on the date you choose. Posting is free and highly visible to the entire MBA student body.

Please visit Georgetown MBA Career Connection (GMCC) to post positions.
