Georgetown’s immersive educational strategies draw from the combined excellence and experience of our faculty and our Jesuit heritage. As academic scholars, industry leaders, and entrepreneurs, our faculty members inspire students to become stewards in business. They provide each student with the skills to manage and lead an organization, business, or project with insight, integrity, and success.

All students begin by taking individual core classes including accounting, finance, marketing, strategy, decision sciences, economics, and management. Starting in the second semester, full-time students begin to tailor the curriculum to meet their interests and current or future professional needs by taking elective courses in addition to core classes.

Through complex coursework, experiential learning, and the case method, the Georgetown MBA curriculum inspires collaboration among both students and faculty. A comprehensive and challenging core curriculum with an emphasis on ethical leadership provides students with a global management framework that is crucial for continued professional accomplishments.
