If not, please follow this link to create your user name and password. Then proceed to the online application. The information that you provide in setting up your account will be populated in your application record.
Our online application gives you the ability to work on your application over several sessions. Your information is transmitted through a secure server and is kept confidential until you submit your application. Only after you submit your application will it be available for review by our admissions staff.
When you have completed the application and are ready to submit it, you must pay your application fee via credit card online. You can submit your application only one time. If you have updates to any information you have submitted, please notify the admissions office at once.

If you Email your request, please be sure to include the following subject line: Application Reset Request. Once you receive confirmation from admissions that your account has been reset, proceed to the online application.
