Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business, in partnership with ESADE Business School in Spain, is excited to announce its third annual Global Career Conference and Expo on Georgetown’s campus in Washington, D.C., November 22, 2013!
EVENT AGENDA
7 a.m. - Employer Registration Begins
8 a.m. - Student Registration Begins
10 a.m. to 5 p.m. - Career Expo
5 p.m. - Global Career Conference and Expo Concludes
TRANSPORTATION, DIRECTIONS AND PARKING
Parking fees are not included in the registration fee. Parking on Georgetown’s campus is extremely limited: we strongly recommend taking public transportation.
Directions to Campus:
· The Georgetown University Hotel and Conference Center is located within the Leavey Center. To locate on the map, enter “Leavey Center” into the search bar.
· The Rafik B. Hariri Building, home of the McDonough School of Business, connects directly to the Leavey Center. To find the Hariri Building on the map, enter “Hariri” into the search bar.
Public Transportation (HIGHLY Recommended):
· Metro stations closest to Georgetown University are Dupont Circle (Red Line) and Rosslyn (Orange and Blue Lines.) For a map of the Metro system, please visit the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority website at http://wmata.com.
· From either Metro station, the Georgetown Campus can be reached by taxi or by using the free Georgetown University Transit Shuttle (GUTS.) For more information and to see the GUTS schedule, please visit:http://otm.georgetown.edu/guts.
Parking:
Parking availability is extremely limited on Georgetown’s campus, and is subject to availability. We strongly recommend taking public transportation.
Southwest Parking Garage:
· A limited number of daily parking spaces are available in the Southwest Garage for a flat rate of $18 per day. PLEASE NOTE: This garage accepts CASH ONLY, and guests must pay when entering the garage.
· To reach the Southwest Garage, please enter campus via Canal Road. Take the second entrance on the right to access the garage.
· It is a 5-8 minute walk from the Southwest Garage to the Rafik B. Hariri Building. Upon exiting the garage, proceed up the hill past the football field. The Rafik B. Hariri Building is directly past the field.
Leavey Center Parking Garage:
· A limited number of daily and hourly spaces are available in the Leavey Center garage for a fee of $25 per day. This garage accepts cash, credit, and debit cards, and guests pay when exiting.
· To reach the Leavey Center Garage, please enter campus via Reservoir Road. Take entrance number 1 from Reservoir Road into the Georgetown Hospital complex. Drive past the hospital and into the garage.

Targeting first- and second-year MBA candidates who are international students as well as U.S. students seeking global opportunities, this event will bring together exceptional global organizations and talent from select top-tier MBA programs.
Employers attending this event can source talent for full-time and internship positions.
On-Site Interviews:
Employers will have the opportunity to sign up for the ability to conduct on-site interviews on a first-come, first-served basis.

Employers have the opportunity to sponsor the event. With a $2,000 sponsorship, employers will receive the following benefits:

Employer Booth Dimensions:
· Display tables are 6 ft. by 30 inches.
· ALL display materials must fit within these dimensions
· Please measure your display booth to make sure that it does not exceed this width or length.
Shipping Materials:
We STRONGLY recommend that employers ship all materials in advance of the Global Career Conference & Expo. There is no direct parking/unloading access to the Georgetown University Hotel and Conference Center, so employers may have to carry materials over long distances to reach the Career Expo location.
· Boxes can be sent (3) days prior to the event date.
