Dual-Degree Programs

The McDonough School of Business has partnered with the Walsh School of Foreign Service, Georgetown University Law Center, Georgetown University School of Medicine, and Georgetown Public Policy Institute to help meet the growing demand for business executives with additional cross-functional expertise.

The following dual degree programs allow full-time MBA students the opportunity to maximize their graduate business school experience by taking advantage of Georgetown University’s rich community of scholars and complete two graduate degrees at an accelerated rate:

  • Walsh School of Foreign Service (MBA/MSFS)
  • Georgetown University Law Center (MBA/JD)
  • Georgetown University School of Medicine (MBA/MD)
  • Georgetown Public Policy Institute (MBA/MPP)

Dual-degree programs require a significant commitment above and beyond the requirements of the Georgetown MBA Program.

Candidates not yet enrolled at Georgetown who are interested in dual-degree programs must submit individual applications to each school simultaneously. The admissions processes are conducted separately, and admissions decisions are made independently by the Admissions Committees of each school.

Students enrolled in any of these dual degree programs will have access to the career services provided to students of both schools, as well as, Georgetown’s global alumni network of more than 175,000 worldwide.

After lunch you will meet with representatives from the Georgetown Public Policy Institute, Georgetown Law Center, and School of Foreign Service to learn more about their respective programs.
