Pursuing an advanced career in business requires an understanding of team dynamics that allows leaders to identify and apply their own strengths to complement those of their co-workers.
At Georgetown University’s MBA Evening Program, the cohort system develops students’ leadership qualities and business sophistication. By dividing each incoming class into groups of approximately 65 professionally and culturally diverse students, the cohort system forges deep, lifelong bonds.
Each cohort shares the same core courses, overseas travel experience, career management, and out-of-classroom activities. Students learn from each other and grow together in a collaborative, professional team-centered environment.
This teamwork experience complements the coursework of Georgetown’s MBA Evening Program by putting theory into practice. The program produces well-rounded professionals, capable of working with colleagues possessing diverse personalities and skill sets.
