Revenge is a Factor in the Workplace, Georgetown Professor Tells Business Week Readers
Washington, D.C. - "[There's a] hypocrisy of revenge in the corporate world," Professor Robert J. Bies told Business Week in its recent cover story on workplace revenge. "We say it doesn't exist, but it does." Bies has been interested in the topic since 1996, when he co-authored a seminal academic paper on revenge in organizations.
