Abengoa Senior Leaders Complete Residential Module
The Office of Executive Education recently delivered a four-day residency for 42 Abengoa employees participating in the Program Director Development Academy (PDDA) Program. This was the fourth year of McDonough Executive Education's relationship with Abengoa, and the team worked in partnership with the Universidad LOYOLA Andalucía in this new program, which incorporates online and residential learning modules to ensure a diversity of attendees.
During their residency at Georgetown McDonough, they conversed with expert faculty and prominent guest speakers about the global vision of their company. Practical discussions about Abengoa's strategy and processes helped these senior managers refine the skills needed to lead and manage teams, and make efficient decisions in accordance with the vision, values, and culture of Abengoa. With the program representing eleven nationalities, discussions included: The U.S. Energy Landscape; Globalization, Competitiveness, and Governability; and Cross-cultural Intelligence.
