Georgetown University to Hold Book Discussion April 20 by McDonough School of Business Professor Stanley Nollen and Neil Gregory
Washington, D.C. - Stanley Nollen, a professor at Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business, and Neil Gregory of the International Finance Corporation will discuss their new book, New Industries from New Places: The Emergence of the Hardware and Software Industries in China and India, on Monday, April 20.
The event, which is sponsored by Georgetown's Mortara Center for International Studies and the India Forum, will be held at 3:30 p.m. in the Mortara Center, located at the corner of 36th and N Streets. A book signing and reception will follow.

Dean George Daly and Amr Al Dabbagh at Georgetown University March 23
His Excellency Amr Al Dabbagh, governor and chairman of the Saudi Arabian General Investment Authority, met with Georgetown University McDonough School of Business students, faculty, and staff March 23 to discuss economic developments in Saudi Arabia. Since being appointed to lead the authority in 2004, Al Dabbagh has spearheaded the 10 x 10 Economic Strategy, which aims to make Saudi Arabia one of the world's most competitive nations by 2010.
His Excellency Aleksander Kwasniewski, former president of Poland and a distinguished scholar at Georgetown University, spoke to a room full of MBA students about national leadership at Georgetown's McDonough School of Business Leaders Breakfast Series March 24. Kwasniewski led Poland from 1995 to 2005, presiding over Poland's post-communist development and accession into the European Union.
