Reena Aggarwal Appointed ECGI Research Member

Reena Aggarwal, Robert E. McDonough Professor of Business Administration and professor of finance, director of the Georgetown Center for Financial Markets and Policy, and vice provost for faculty, has been appointed a research member at the European Corporate Governance Institute (ECGI).

ECGI, an international nonprofit organization, connects the research of academics to leading practitioners, policymakers, and thought leaders in order to influence practice and create policy. Through this appointment, Aggarwal joins a global network of top academics in the field of corporate governance that seeks to solve issues confronting businesses and governments.

As a research member, Aggarwal may vote in ECGI’s Annual General Meeting, attend and participate in certain events, and publish her research in the ECGI Working Paper Series. She also has the opportunity to submit projects or proposals for support, both financial and non-financial, from ECGI.
