Exchange Programs

Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business offers numerous opportunities for undergraduate study abroad, encompassing partnerships with more than 70 foreign universities and colleges in 35 countries. Most programs are completed during the third year of study and include options for fall semester, spring semester, full academic year, or summer programs.

Georgetown encourages students to consider pursuing study abroad opportunities that will add to the academic, social, linguistic, and cultural enrichment of their undergraduate education.

Shanghai Summer Program

Georgetown University, jointly with the Fudan University in Shanghai, conducts a summer program in comparative business with a special focus on the Asia-Pacific market.

The Shanghai Summer Program is designed for mature undergraduate students in business administration who have completed at least 60 credits and are motivated to enrich their academic and personal lives with the experience of living and learning in a foreign setting.

Oxford Summer Program

Georgetown University's Summer Program in Comparative Strategic Management at Oxford University  compares business functions in Great Britain, Western Europe, and the United States.

Akin to the Shanghai Summer Program, the Oxford Summer Program is designed for mature undergraduate students in business administration who have completed at least 60 credits and are motivated to enrich their academic and personal lives with the experience of living and learning in a foreign setting.

ESADE SUMMER PROGRAM

The Georgetown - Escuela Superior de Administracion y Direccion de Empresas (ESADE) Summer program offers Georgetown business students the rare opportunity to study entrepreneurship and international marketing at one of the world's most prestigious business schools.  The five-week program combines intensive classroom instruction with cultural activities and visits to key centers of economic activity, with particular emphasis on the many small local businesses that play a vital role in Barcelona's economy and exemplify the city's entrepreneurial environment.
