    The Georgetown University Wall Street Alliance participated in the NASDAQ opening bell ceremony on Thursday, July 5. In honor of the occasion, Bill Frank, senior partner at Skadded Arps and co-chairman of the Wall Street Alliance, rang the opening bell. He was joined by Wall Street Alliance members and James Angel, associate professor of finance at Georgetown McDonough.

    The inaugural MBA Innovation Case Competition, "Designing a Better Community for Washington, D.C.," was hosted by the Georgetown University Technology, Innovation, and Design Graduate Association on April 20, 2012.

    The competition was created by Georgetown MBA students interested in taking a real business problem and exploring business solutions through the design and innovation lens. The case focused on how to overcome barriers of use of the Metrobus system in Washington, Virginia, and Maryland.
