In the first year, EMBA students master the fundamentals of business. The curriculum focuses on decision-making, strategy, and quantitative analysis, all within the context of globalization and international affairs.
EMBA students tailor their MBA programs and complete advanced business courses during their second year. They receive classroom instruction from credentialed faculty with global perspectives and benefit from experiential learning through visits to noted business institutions in the United States and abroad.
In the final semester, students participate in the Global Capstone Residency during which they study the impact of globalization at the national, industry, and firm levels. They also implement a real-world consultancy project in their preferred global location, focusing on an industry and issue of their choice.
EMBA residencies position participants to be successful in their organizations. Students apply what they learn in the classroom to live cases and real-world issues, gaining valuable practical experience in decision-making and strategy. Throughout the 20-month program, students participate in two domestic and two international residencies.
