McDonough School of Business Participates in “GE Live” Event
October 8, 2009
Georgetown’s McDonough School of Business was one of eight business schools around the world to participate in the 2009 “GE Live” event on Wednesday, Oct. 8. The question and answer session with Jeff Immelt, chairman and CEO of GE, and Keith Sherin, vice chairman and CFO of GE, was hosted off campus and simulcast to Georgetown, where students had the opportunity to watch the event and pose questions to the executives. The event was sponsored by Georgetown’s Office of MBA Career Management as a forum for students to hear about GE’s latest developments and interact directly with top GE executives.
