As part of Georgetown’s Graduate Program in International Management at Oxford, a group of five students, including two McDonough School of Business MBA students, and Professor Daniel Baer met with international leaders in business and government while in Brussels.

The group met with Charlie McCreevy, the European Union Commissioner for Internal Market and Services (pictured above), and Christopher Murray, the charge d’affaires at the U.S. Mission to the European Union (pictured below).

For the program, master’s students from Georgetown’s McDonough School of Business, Public Policy Institute, and Communication, Culture, and Technology Program spend six weeks living in Oxford and taking an interdisciplinary selection of courses taught in small groups. The curriculum builds upon the core MBA coursework but adds an emphasis on European business and politics. Georgetown’s McDonough School of Business also offers a similar program for its undergraduates.
