Kraft Foods International President to Speak for Distinguished Leaders Series
Series Brings Established, High-Level Business Leaders to Campus
WHAT: Sanjay Khosla, executive vice president and president, international for Kraft Foods, will speak at Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business as part of the Distinguished Leaders Series. The event is open to the public.
The Distinguished Leaders Series annually brings to Georgetown’s McDonough School of Business accomplished leaders who share their unique experiences with undergraduate and graduate business students.

BACKGROUND:
Sanjay Khosla joined Kraft Foods in 2007 and leads its businesses in developing markets, specifically the Asia Pacific, Central and Eastern Europe, and Middle Eastern, African, and Latin American regions. He also has strategic oversight of Kraft’s global category teams.
Before working at Kraft Foods, Khosla was with Fonterra Cooperative Group, a multinational dairy company based in New Zealand, where he served as managing director of the company’s consumer and foodservice business. Prior to joining Fonterra in 2004, Khosla spent 27 years with Unilever in India, London, and Europe. He most recently was senior vice President, global beverages and chairman of Unilever’s $4 billion beverages category.
Khosla graduated with honors in electrical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology. In 1998, he completed the Harvard University Advanced Management Program. That same year, he was named “Marketing Superstar” by Advertising Age. He currently serves on the board of directors of Best Buy and NIIT, a global information technology education company based in India, and he is a trustee of the Goodman Theater in Chicago. Khosla has taught courses on managing international brands and business at Columbia University and IMD in Switzerland.
