On August 1, David A. Thomas assumed the duties of Dean of Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business, and following his official retirement from the faculty of Harvard University Graduate School of Business on October 1, Dr. Thomas will become Georgetown McDonough’s Dean and William R. Berkley Chair. A recognized thought leader in organizational behavior and strategic human resource management, Dr. Thomas’ research focuses on issues related to executive development, cultural diversity in organizations, leadership, and organizational change.
