After Class, Students Help Feed the Hungry
January 31, 2012
In the late evening of January 25, Georgetown McDonough MBA students rolled up their sleeves in Fisher Colloquium to make about 300 sandwiches for Martha’s Table, a local nonprofit organization. Martha’s Table provides lunch and dinner each day to hundreds of homeless and low-income people. Many students are familiar with Martha’s Table from their volunteer work during last November’s MOV – the Month of Volunteering.
