August 16, 2010 Tatiana Koleva

Diversity MBA Magazine recently named Tatiana Koleva to its list of the “Top 100 Under 50 Diverse Executive and Emerging Leaders.” A 2001 graduate of the Executive MBA Program at Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business, Koleva is area director for the legal solutions group of Pitney Bowes Management Services, Inc.

“I am most grateful to Diversity MBA Magazine for this distinction,” Koleva said. “The individuals who have received this recognition over the past three years are colleagues who are true leaders, having made significant contributions to their organizations and communities.”
Koleva is responsible for Pitney Bowes’s on-site operations for legal customers in the Washington Metropolitan area, state of Ohio, and city of Pittsburgh, Pa. She leads a diverse team, committed to delivering optimal service levels to clients and consistently meeting growth goals and operational and financial targets.
Diversity MBA Magazine is an internationally distributed publication targeting women and multicultural professionals in corporate America and government, as well as entrepreneurs and business students. The list of top leaders recognizes exceptional executives who are striving for or have reached success within highly competitive corporate, government, and entrepreneurial environments. Awardees also are recognized for their outstanding community and business contributions.
The Top 100 Under 50 Executive and Emerging Leaders were selected based on their position within a publicly or privately held company, a successful entrepreneurial company, or not-for-profit organization; the size of budget managed; scope of responsibility; community service work; and MBA or advanced degree achieved. Koleva and the other award recipients will be honored at an Awards Gala in September in Chicago, Ill.
