July 09, 2012

On July 7, 11 MBA Evening Program students from Georgetown’s McDonough School of Business braved the 100-plus degree heat to volunteer with the Rock Creek Conservancy to clean up Rock Creek Park.

After filling 15 large trash bags to the brim with items ranging from tires to plastic bags to bottles and cans, the students continued to pile up trash to be cleared away later by the park rangers.

Volunteers included Dan Barton, Adam Boyd, Alex Cuadra, Cedric Harvey, Ryan Hill, Tara Miller, Gary Rubin, Geoff Wellington, Yingda Wen, Mary Wessendorf, and Rob Wright.
