Georgetown Business Wins Gold Award

Georgetown Business magazine has received an EXCEL Gold Award for “Best Feature Article” from Association Media & Publishing, an organization that serves the needs of association publishers, communications professionals, and the media they create. The EXCEL awards honor and represent the best publishing products of the association industry.

Georgetown Business, the magazine of Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business, won for the article “Satisfaction Not Guaranteed,” published in the spring 2010 issue. The article focuses on the research of faculty member Debora Thompson, assistant professor of marketing.
This is the magazine’s fourth award. Georgetown Business is produced through the school’s Office of Marketing and Communications TMG (formerly known as The Magazine Group).
