MBA Students Host Event Featuring Asian American Leaders in Government

The Graduate Student Consulting Group at Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business hosted a panel discussion with “Asian American Leaders in Government” in early May. Sponsored by Deloitte and the Government Accountability Office, the event featured a keynote speech by Congressman Joseph Cao of Louisiana followed by a panel of distinguished speakers and a networking reception.

The panel, pictured left to right, was Samuel Mok, managing member of Condor International Advisors, LLC, as well as the former chief financial officer for both the U.S. Department of Labor and the Comptroller of the U.S. Department of the Treasury; Christina Lagdameo, deputy director of the White House Initiative on Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders; Arif Alikhan, assistant secretary for policy development for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security; and Helen H. Hsing, managing director at the U.S. Government Accountability Office.
