MBA Students Trek to California
In January, 27 MBA students from Georgetown’s McDonough School of Business traveled to California for the annual CalTrek.
Sponsored by Georgetown MBA California Business Alliance, CalTrek is a student group that facilitates West Coast recruitment across many industries and functional areas. Each January, they organize a trip to the San Francisco Bay area to visit companies of interest to current students and to network with Georgetown University alumni.
This year’s companies were: Google, Apple, Electronic Arts, Box, PayPal, HP, Frog, Levi’s, Chevron, Walmart, and eCommerce.
The students also participated in an event hosted by the McDonough Office of Alumni and External Relations featuring Gabrielle Toledano, executive vice president and chief talent officer at Electronic Arts, and Steve Cadigan, former vice president of talent at LinkedIn. View photos from the event.
