Successful Leaders Share Insights on Meditation

March 18, 2013

Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business will present “Meditation and Leadership: Leading from the Center,” on Tuesday, April 9, 2013, from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Rafik B. Hariri Building’s Fisher Colloquium, featuring Ray Dalio, founder of Bridgewater Associates, Laurence Freeman (OSB), founder and director of the World Community for Christian Meditation; and Sean Hagan, general counsel of the IMF.

There is a growing recognition that the practice of meditation helps managers gain perspective, deal with stress, and exercise better judgment as leaders when dealing with complex issues and professional relationships. These four successful leaders will present and answer questions about the link between meditation and leadership based on their own personal experience.

RSVP for the event.
