Bob Nolan is the managing partner of Halyard Capital and chairs the investment committee for the three respective funds totaling more than $600 million. Halyard Capital is a growth capital investor in the technology enabled sector. He represented Halyard on more than a dozen portfolio company boards of directors while serving as chairman for three of these boards. From 2001 until 2006, he was CEO of the BMO Private Equity Group, overseeing an investment portfolio with $1 billion in capital spread across several differentiated funds and investment strategies. Prior to joining BMO, Nolan led TMT investment banking groups at CIBC World Markets and UBS Securities and spent nine years in investment banking at Goldman, Sachs, & Co.
Nolan graduated from Georgetown University with a BSBA. He also earned a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and is a member of the New York and DC Bar Associations.
