Patricia Pignataro is an ethics and compliance partner for the U.S. firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). In this role she has led various teams responsible for policy communications and monitoring activities related to internal policies and external regulatory requirements in the areas of ethics and business conduct, information protection, and personal independence compliance. She also oversees risk research and compliance education and messaging activities. Prior to joining the Ethics and Compliance Group in 2010, Pignataro was an audit partner in PwC’s entertainment, media, and communications practice, where she served clients ranging from major multinational corporations to mid-cap private companies to nonprofit organizations.
Pignataro has a leadership role on the boards of several philanthropic organizations, including a charitable foundation, a charter school for youth in the child welfare system, and a social services agency. She graduated from Georgetown University with a BSBA and is a certified public accountant in New York and New Jersey.
