How We Work With You
The program lifecycle starts with detailed planning and thoughtful preparation. Throughout the program, we carefully execute our plans while remaining flexible enough to respond to unexpected needs. We use our connections in Washington, D.C., and abroad to ensure key elements of the program, including accommodations, dining experiences, cultural events, and transportation, fit your needs. We continuously strive to provide next-level customer service in everything we do.
Georgetown's Jesuit heritage is embedded in all we do, and we are dedicated to educational excellence seen through a global worldview. At the same time, Georgetown’s location in the nation’s capital gives our staff, faculty, and participants the opportunity to be part of programs that can make a difference in the world.
We are in close proximity to the Georgetown University Hotel and Conference Center, as well as numerous luxury hotels in the Georgetown neighborhood of D.C. The Rafik B. Hariri Building, home to the McDonough School of Business, offers world-class classrooms, auditoriums, and event spaces.
We also are experienced in delivering programs around the world. We have managed dozens of international deliveries on six continents, including in Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, Colombia, England, Guinea, Mexico, Peru, Qatar, Singapore, and the United Arab Emirates.
“As a program manager, the participant experience is of utmost importance to me. If the program ends with participants smiling, having gained new perspectives, networks, and tools to use in their careers, then I consider it a great success — a transformative experience, both personally and professionally.”
