Leading Global Family Business

Leading Global Family Business is a premier, two-module program for leaders of global family-owned businesses. It will include two three-day modules: one in Salzburg, Austria, at the Schloss Leopoldskron, and one in Washington, D.C., at Georgetown's McDonough School of Business. 

The program will feature a variety of learning approaches and networking opportunities, and will explore:

  • Global leadership strategies;
  • The intersection of policy and family business;
  • Family governance: Growth, succession, and culture; and
  • Corporate governance and board leadership.
