Join us on campus for Georgetown McDonough’s annual Focus on Diversity event: a special program designed to engage top-performing women, underrepresented minorities, LGBT students, and military service members with our inclusive MBA community. Throughout the day, prospective MBA students will attend a variety of sessions to gain insight into career and professional development resources available to McDonough students. Highlights of this day-long event include attending a mock MBA class and diversity-specific breakout sessions, as well as participating in panel discussions and networking events with our current students, faculty, alumni, and staff.

Prospective students will have the opportunity to attend an application workshop, building tour, MBA class, connect with MMA students and alumni and attend the MMA’s annual War Stories event.

This event, exclusively for LGBT prospective students and allies, will give attendees the opportunity to hear from a panel of current students and alumni, participate in round tables with their program of choice and network with representatives from the McDonough School of Business, Georgetown University Law Center, Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service, Georgetown University School of Medicine, McCourt School of Public Policy, and the School of Continuing Studies.

Forté Forums are held in 12 cities across the United States to empower you with information about the value of an MBA. The 2017 Reaching Out MBA and Business Graduate Conference provides lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer young professional leaders from around the world the opportunity to network, learn, and improve their skills so they will emerge stronger and more confident in the business world. Pre-MBAs are invited to join over 30 top MBA programs for the LGBT MBA Admissions Summit and Expo, which includes two panels, coffee chats with admissions officers and students, and the LGBT MBA Admissions Fair.
