Master’s in International Business and Policy Dubai

This signature Georgetown program blends the strengths of the most highly regarded foreign service school in the world with a top-tier business school to educate globally minded, principled leaders who intend to work in and alongside governments, international organizations, and multinational corporations.

Lead the Way for a Better World

Georgetown University’s Master’s in International Business and Policy in Dubai (IBP Dubai) harnesses the combined expertise from two top-ranked schools: Georgetown’s McDonough School of Business and School of Foreign Service. We provide an immersive education at the intersection of business and international affairs with a focus on social impact.

Adapted from Georgetown’s signature M.A. in International Business and Policy, the Dubai-based version is designed for working professionals in the MENASA region who wish to experience an immersive education without pausing their careers. Small class sizes and a cohort format help you build lifelong friendships, and when you graduate, you will join the global network of more than 220,000 alumni  across all of Georgetown University’s prestigious schools.

Curriculum at the Intersection of Business and Politics

The IBP Dubai program is co-taught by professors from the McDonough School of Business and School of Foreign Service, providing a balanced perspective on how each area affects the other. The curriculum includes an understanding of conducting business at a global level and addresses the present and future challenges of engaging in business on a global scale.

Courses have been developed to specifically address the business landscape of the MENASA region. The program culminates with a Social Action Project, where you will design and implement an initiative that benefits or inspires social change in your community or anywhere in the world.
