Beta Gamma Sigma Chapter Receives Highest Honors for 4th Consecutive Year

Georgetown McDonough’s chapter of Beta Gamma Sigma, an honor society for business programs, earned highest honors status from the organization for its work during the 2017-2018 academic year.

Beta Gamma Sigma will provide a scholarship for one student to attend its Global Leadership Summit this November as a reward for the distinction. Georgetown McDonough’s chapter also will be eligible for the Outstanding Chapter of the Year award and can nominate candidates for several international awards.

This is the fourth consecutive year Georgetown McDonough’s chapter of Beta Gamma Sigma has received the highest honors recognition. The chapter is advised by Lynn Doran, teaching professor of finance, and Douglas McCabe, professor of management.
