Nita Swinsick

Associate Dean, Graduate and Executive Program Admissions

Associate Dean Nita Swinsick leads admissions, recruitment and marketing for the Graduate and Executive Program Admissions team at Georgetown McDonough. Nita has over 16 years of experience in higher education and the private sector. Prior to joining Georgetown in 2015, she worked at IE Business School in Madrid, Spain, and as a recruitment consultant in the London, Tokyo, and Hong Kong investment banking sectors. Her experience includes admissions operations, recruitment, marketing, business development, strategic planning and university partnerships.

Nita holds an MBA from IE Business School (Spain) and a bachelor’s degree in European politics from the University of Nottingham (UK). She has served as Co-Chair and Task Force member of GMAC’s GME Admissions Reporting Standards.

Molly Scott

Senior Director, Recruitment and Admissions

As Senior Director, Molly Scott works on recruitment and admissions across all degree programs within the Graduate and Executive Program Admissions office. Molly also specializes in events strategy, external partnerships, and marketing approach. Molly holds her J.D. from University of Virginia School of Law and her B.A. in History, Phi Beta Kappa, magna cum laude, from Williams College.

Prior to joining Admissions at McDonough School of Business, Molly spent over 11 years working at Georgetown University Law Center, where she served as a career advisor for LL.M. students and as a senior member of the Continuing Legal Education team. For many years, Molly has built strong relationships with Georgetown students and alumni, as well as with employers and outside attorney volunteers, on behalf of Georgetown.

Brent Upham

Director, Recruitment and Admissions

As Director, Brent Upham manages the recruitment and admissions efforts for the Executive MBA program while also specializing in the development of recruitment strategies across all Graduate and Executive programs. Brent has over 13 years of higher education experience across multiple universities and functions such as college athletics, student services and graduate business school admissions.

Prior to joining the admissions team at McDonough School of Business, Brent worked within graduate admissions at the Southern Methodist University Cox School of Business as well as working with the University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler Business School. Brent holds his Ed.D. in Higher Education from Southern Methodist University and both his M.Ed in Adult and Higher Education and B.A. in Letters from the University of Oklahoma.

Brenna McSweeney

Associate Director, Recruitment and Admissions

Brenna McSweeney, Associate Director of Recruitment and Admissions, Graduate and Executive Programs manages recruitment and admissions for the Master of Arts in International Business and Policy (MA-IBP) program, along with providing support for recruitment and admissions activities for five degree programs within the Graduate and Executive Program Admissions office. Brenna also manages operations for Graduate and Executive Program Admissions office.

Prior to joining the admissions team, Brenna worked in the Executive Education program office’s career services team at McDonough. Brenna is also a Georgetown alum, with a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Georgetown College here at Georgetown University, and a current Georgetown student in McDonough’s Flex MBA program.

Marina Lant

Associate Director, Recruitment and Admissions

Marina Lant, Associate Director of Recruitment and Admissions, manages recruitment for the Master’s in Management programs as well as supporting the marketing efforts for three degree programs within the Graduate and Executive Program Admissions office. She has previously worked with the Executive MBA and Master’s of Science in Business Analytics programs here at Georgetown.

Prior to joining Georgetown, Marina worked in Undergraduate Admissions at Marymount University as an Admissions Counselor. She holds a Master’s of Science in History from the University of Edinburgh as well as a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from Goucher College.

Greg Goulding

Associate Director, Data Analytics & Operations

Greg Goulding manages data analytics and reporting initiatives for both the Executive Education and MBA admissions departments. Prior to joining Georgetown McDonough, he spent four years at Deloitte helping federal clients improve their data processes and reporting capabilities. Greg graduated from Georgetown in 2017 earning a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, and is currently enrolled in McDonough’s Flex MBA program.

Kashif Malik

Assistant Director, Recruitment and Admissions

Kashif Malik, Assistant Director of Recruitment and Admissions, provides support for the Master’s in Management program as well as conducts admissions activities for five degree programs within the Graduate and Executive Program Admissions office. Kashif also works with operations for the Graduate and Executive Program Admissions office.

Prior to joining the admissions team, Kashif worked as a Graduate Admissions Operations Coordinator at George Washington University. He holds a Master’s of Education and Human Development in Higher Education Administration from George Washington University as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration in Information Systems from Temple University.
