December 03, 2012

Georgetown University McDonough School of Business MBA students Matthew Herring, Teresa Delgado, Steven DasGupta, and Peter Harris participated in the 2012 GE Experienced Commercial Leadership Program MBA Case Competition in New York October 12th. The team competed against other MBA teams from Cornell University, Carnegie Mellon, MIT and host school Columbia University. The competition brought together teams of students from five top MBA programs who had been pre-selected in an on-campus Round Zero process to represent their schools in New York.

The MBA teams had to analyze a proposal for a GE Aviation and the Industrial Internet, develop a comprehensive business plan to address the case, and present their solutions to a panel of judges from across GE, including a marketing executive from GE Aviation, a member of the Corporate Marketing team, and a member of the ECLP Program leadership team.
