Undergraduate Dean Norean Sharpe Discusses Leadership and Change

December 22, 2010

Norean Sharpe, undergraduate dean at Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business, recently submitted a guest post about leadership and change management on John Keyser’s Business Leadership Coach blog.

“The most effective change managers employ a combination of collaboration, communication, consensus building, and ultimately decision-making,” she writes. “In any complex organization with multiple constituencies, the transparency and partnership during the process with the impacted groups can be the difference between successful and failed initiatives.”
