Additional workshops that cover a wide variety of topics are also available through the Cawley Career Education Center.
Employer events are scheduled throughout the semester and academic year through both the Undergraduate Office of Professional Development and the Cawley Career Education Center. Employer events are announced as they become available; users can also check the Cawley Career Education Center's site for more information on current programs.
Twice per semester, students are invited off-campus to visit a company to learn more about jobs available in that particular industry. Treks are open to 10-15 students per trip.
Alumni Mentor Program
The Alumni Mentor Program matches current sophomores and juniors with Georgetown McDonough alumni in the Washington, D.C. area. Students and mentors meet formally and informally to discuss any question a student has about career development, life after Georgetown, and anything else related to the world of work. Students should watch their email for more information about this year's program.
