About the Conference

Georgetown Aspiring Minority Business Leaders and Entrepreneurs (GAMBLE) and the Georgetown McDonough School of Business Undergraduate Program Office invite students from the D.C./Maryland/Virginia area to join us for the inaugural Diversity Dialogue Conference.  This groundbreaking conference will feature distinguished keynotes who will inspire the next generation of corporate leaders to change the landscape and conversation on diversity and inclusion. Our invited speakers are leaders who champion diversity within their companies and can talk about the strategic gains around diversity and inclusion. 

The transformative power of this conference resides with students talking to other students by inspiring honest and productive conversations among facilitators, attendees, and speakers alike.  View the schedule here.

Diversity Career Fair with representatives from Diversity Inc.'s Top 50 Employers
• Networking lunch with corporate recruiters
• Chief Diversity Officer Panel including representatives from various industries focused on best diversity and inclusion practices
