Interesting Fact About Me: I can do a back flip!

What made you choose Georgetown's McDonough School of Business? No matter what I want to do in life, a business degree will undoubtedly be helpful. I also really enjoy the mix of creative and quantitative classes.

What are the best things about being a Hoya? The energy and passion that Hoyas have is so inspiring. I love being a Hoya because you could have a conversation with anyone and be amazed at what they have accomplished and the spirit they bring.

Why do you love D.C.? There is nothing else like it! Georgetown is the best of both worlds since it has security of a small campus while also having the city right at our fingertips, whether it’s used for internships or yummy food.

Share a defining and/or transformative classroom/educational moment? Originally I thought I would take Intro to Women’s and Gender Studies to fulfill my HALC requirement. Little did I know just how passionate I am about feminism. Since taking that course, my entire view on social issues has changed and I have joined a variety of clubs to promote equality.

What is your advice to incoming Hoyas? While you are a student and academics are extremely important, don’t be caught up about grades. Freshman year is about friendship, and happiness should be your first priority!
