Being in Washington DC to study business while pursuing my passions in government represent an unparalleled opportunity to understand the relationships between the two.

What are the best things about being a Hoya?  Some of the best things about being a Hoya include having an improving basketball program, living on a beautiful campus, and traveling to M street or downtown DC for dinner and nights out.

Why do you love D.C.?  I love DC because traveling to the monuments late at night or on the weekends when the Cherry Blossoms bloom are amazing experiences. For example, going to the National Mall on election night was a moment I will never forget.

Share a defining and/or transformative classroom/educational moment? A defining educational moment was in International Relations when we analyzed how certain theories can help explain the world events we are seeing today. Fascinating stuff.

What is your advice to incoming Hoyas? My advice to all incoming Hoyas is to take advantage of everything Georgetown has to offer. However, in order to do that, it is important not to get too overwhelmed by trying to join many organizations at once. It is fine to take time in learning about what campus has to offer and then get involved.
