Interesting Fact About Me: I know how to throw the javelin, so if you ever need a Hunger Games partner I would happily step up to the challenge.

What made you choose Georgetown's McDonough School of Business? I chose Georgetown’s McDonough School of Business for its well-rounded approach to business that stresses collaboration, inter-disciplinary learning, global focus, and challenging yourself.

What are the best things about being a Hoya? The community here is awesome and being in D.C. has seemingly endless opportunities for activities with fellow Hoyas. The people here are incredible.

Why do you love D.C.? I love D.C. for its mix of historical sites, great food scene, inspiring people, and diverse populous.

Share a defining and/or transformative classroom/educational moment? My first semester, I took Professor George Daly’s First Year Seminar “Ideas, Institutions, and the Evolution of Business Enterprise: The Business of Sports” and it was a fascinating look into the development of sports leagues in conjunction with business strategy/historical analysis. I loved the class and it cemented my interest in the field of sports marketing and management.

What is your advice to incoming Hoyas? Make sure to give yourself a break from time to time! Things can get so hectic here on the Hilltop and it’s easy to get caught up in that, so make sure to pencil in some time on the waterfront, grabbing food with a good friend, or even just a visit to Yates.
