Interesting Fact About Me: Bradley Cooper came to one of my high school English classes to teach about his Broadway play The Elephant Man.
What made you choose Georgetown's McDonough School of Business? The welcoming environment where everyone truly works together and helps one another along with the professionalism it fosters made the McDonough School of Business the easiest choice to make.
What are the best things about being a Hoya? The diverse interests among the students create an exciting environment to be around. You’ll meet friends that can teach you much more beyond the classroom.
Why do you love D.C.? D.C. is amazing because you can walk everywhere. There are numerous places to eat or to see and no excuse not to explore them. An impromptu decision to head to the White House on election night was probably the coolest experience I’ve had.
Share a defining and/or transformative classroom/educational moment? I’ve never taken a more challenging class than my first Philosophy class. I learned to think in a completely new way and to use all of the resources that are available to me at school.
What is your advice to incoming Hoyas? Come into school with an open mind, be prepared to get outside of your comfort zone every once in a while, and try new experiences. Getting involved right from the start is a great way to find a community on campus during your first year!
