What made you choose Georgetown's McDonough School of Business?
I was attracted by the opportunities to study abroad and learn in a setting outside of the classroom. The location of McDonough is the ideal place to learn about global business which is something that I am very interested in.
What are the best things about being a Hoya?
The best thing about being a Hoya is being a part of a community of people who genuinely want to help one another succeed in life. This sense of community was an influential factor in my decision to come to Georgetown.
Why do you love D.C.?
D.C. is filled with so many great things from breath-taking sites to the best places to eat. As the nation’s capital there is always something interesting going on; it’s all about exploring and seeing everything D.C. has to offer.
Share a defining and/or transformative classroom/educational moment?
I must say going to my professors’ office hours has really impacted my educational experience in a positive way. It helped me to see how much the professors truly care not only about students doing well in class, but also personally.
What is your advice to incoming Hoyas?
Don’t be afraid to try new things and to step out of your comfort zone.
