What made you choose Georgetown's McDonough School of Business?
While you learn a great deal in the classroom, I think that you can learn even more from the people around you. I love that Georgetown’s McDonough School of Business has both rigorous coursework and a very diverse student body.
What are the best things about being a Hoya?
Spending sunny days on Healy lawn (or Healy Beach as I like to call it) with friends.
Why do you love D.C.?
D.C. is great because you can be in the middle of the city one minute, and on a trail through the woods the next. You have everything that a city has to offer, but if you want to take a break and go camping for a weekend, you have that option as well.
Share a defining and/or transformative classroom/educational moment?
Intermediate accounting was one of the most difficult courses I’ve taken, but I realized the professors really care about us succeeding and are willing to help make that happen.
What is your advice to incoming Hoyas?
Don’t be afraid to ask for help in classes. It may seem like everyone else has it under control, but I promise that’s not the case. I met some of my best friends in study groups for my hardest classes.
