I am a huge baseball fan and I have been to 20 of the 30 MLB ballparks. I support the real New York baseball team, the New York Mets.
What made you choose Georgetown's McDonough School of Business?
I decided to come to Georgetown’s McDonough School of Business because there is not another place in the country that can offer the global reach that Georgetown has. Centered in the nation’s capital, Georgetown has resources and capabilities that steam from its connection to the city.
What are the best things about being a Hoya?
The best part about being a Hoya is the Georgetown community. People at Georgetown love where they go to school and don’t hesitate to tell people about it. Whether at basketball games or out in the greater DC community, Hoya’s are easy to spot and I love that part of Georgetown.
Why do you love D.C.?
I love DC because it is a big city with a small town feel. From going on runs to the monuments and exploring the food scene of the city, Washington D.C. always proves to have endless options without feeling too imposing.
Share a defining and/or transformative classroom/educational moment?
My First year seminar in the Fall semester of my first year has defined my Georgetown experience thus far. In a small classroom setting with Professor Daly, I was able to truly expand my understanding of the wide applications of analyzing businesses and the growth of an industry.
What is your advice to incoming Hoyas?
Your first year will fly by, trust me. Just makes sure that you are seizing every opportunity available to students on the hilltop, whether that is academic, extracurricular or social.
