What made you choose Georgetown's McDonough School of Business?
The McDonough School of Business is one of the best schools for finance and there is a great alumni network outside of the school that is more than willing to help current students.
What are the best things about being a Hoya?
Georgetown has a fantastic community centered around Jesuit values that transgress many political or social ideologies. We have a very eclectic student body but there is still so much community here. Additionally, the classroom experience is unbelievable. Being in classes with some of the world’s brightest is amazing and challenging.
Why do you love D.C.?
I love being in a city that has so much power and importance on a global scale. Hearing and seeing news about Washington D.C. is always cool because I often forget that I actually live here!
Share a defining and/or transformative classroom/educational moment?
Everyday is filled with educational moments for me. In particular, interacting with students from different backgrounds from myself. I love to experience this because I am able to broaden my views of the world and areas throughout it.
What is your advice to incoming Hoyas?
You will excel at Georgetown if you can balance academics with other activities you want to do.
