Noel S Paul

Noel Paul is the founder, president, and CEO of Tiger Careers & Consulting (a coaching and consulting firm) and has developed a proprietary career development methodology that has served multiple individuals for over five years. Paul brings over 30 years of experience in a variety of functions, industries, geographies, and cultures. His background includes 28 years in corporate leadership roles at Lilly (pharma) and Elanco (animal health).

His functional experience includes engineering, human resources, corporate social responsibility, franchise ownership, marketing, and commercialization. He also has worked for a health technology startup as an executive mentor for startup firms and was a $3 million grant recipient from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. Paul has led multiple global business initiatives including in Argentina, Brazil, Cambodia, China, Ecuador, Kenya, Singapore, Tanzania, Uganda, the United Kingdom, and Zambia. He currently is an executive consultant for The International Center where he serves as lead facilitator for the annual Global Leadership Series and delivers cross-cultural workshops to multiple organizations.

Paul has a deep passion for coaching and mentoring graduate business students, including international students. He led the Global MBA Leadership Program for six years at Lilly including recruiting, coaching, and global talent management and leadership development initiatives. He also served two years as executive director of career services at Purdue University’s Daniels School of Business, which included direct coaching of MBA, EMBA, and masters students. Paul also provides executive coaching for expatriates transferring to Indiana multinational firms.

Paul earned an MBA in international general management and a B.S. in civil engineering from Purdue University.
