There are many ways to help our students, across a variety of programs:

  • Create a short-term virtual consulting project
  • Virtually coach a student whose career interest is aligned with your area of expertise
  • Request a Customized Resume Book (Industry, Function, Geography)
  • Provide technical training for students
  • Provide industry and hiring insights

Lauren Apicella,
Associate Director of Alumni Relations

Lauren Apicella

As Associate Director of Alumni Relations, Lauren Apicella oversees and manages alumni engagement, with programs like the Alumni Ambassador Program and signature events such as the Graduate Reunion Weekend, Undergraduate Reunion events, and the Global Summit. She works throughout Georgetown McDonough to improve communications and engagement with alumni. Prior to Georgetown McDonough, Lauren worked in nonprofit development and communications. She earned her B.A. from the College of William & Mary.

Alumni Relations Program Coordinator

Ashleigh Shay

As Alumni Relations Program Coordinator, Ashleigh Shay assists with marketing, communications, and alumni engagement for Georgetown McDonough. Ashleigh is an alumna of the University of Georgia, and holds a bachelor’s in journalism and public relations and a master’s in sports management and policy.
