Mary is a transformational commercial leader with deep experience in sales and operational effectiveness. At United Technologies Corporation (Carrier and Otis Elevator) for over 23 years, Mary led a sales team, a branch P&L as well as the North American construction business’ product, marketing, and sales organization where she successfully launched a new product line amid a new factory ramp up. She also created the global sales excellence organization at Otis and harmonized the global sales tech stack. Most recently, she served as the Vice President of Global Sales Leader Performance at FIS Global, a financial technology company.
Mary is known for her success in leading complex programs and getting results by breaking down cross-functional silos and being an engaging change leader. She is active in supporting Girls Inc. Miami and serves on the national alumni board of AIESEC Life, an international business organization that she has been involved with since her time as an undergraduate at Georgetown. Mary resides in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, where she is quite active in the Chief Women’s Executive Network chapter. When not working, she travels the world seeking to learn from new international experiences.
