Lisa Dubler

Lisa Dubler (she/her) is the director of career services for the graduate and executive education programs at Georgetown McDonough. She has spent over a decade helping professionals achieve their goals. Lisa began her career in the nonprofit sector at Sixth & I, a historic synagogue and center for cultural programs in downtown DC and later joined The Washington Post, where she led efforts to diversify the talent pipeline in engineering through partnerships and events. Prior to joining McDonough, Lisa served as a senior career coach for General Assembly, an education tech company that specializes in helping professionals upskill and reskill to land roles in tech. Lisa went to the University of Redlands in Southern California for undergrad and has a degree in global business. She lives in Alexandria with her husband, daughter, and bernedoodle.
