Ariana Panbechi-Cole serves as the Assistant Director for Undergraduate Careers at the McDonough Career Center, where she leads a portfolio of high-impact initiatives including the Kosoy Women in Business Program, Fridays in the Field, Career Treks, and the Peer Career Advisor Program. Ariana is a higher education professional with a background spanning academic affairs, student services, corporate partnerships, program management, and career development. She has spent the bulk of her career overseeing academic programs and supporting students in higher education environments, including through the implementation of co-curricular and experiential learning initiatives and advising students on academic and career pathways. She also brings experience managing federally funded grants supporting international education and cross-cultural exchange, helping to expand access to global learning opportunities.
Ariana is passionate about helping students explore their interests, build confidence in their career paths, and connect their strengths to meaningful opportunities. She holds a B.A. and M.A. from The George Washington University and an M.S. in Management Studies from the University of Maryland, College Park.
