University-Wide Scholarship Guidance and Resources

Georgetown’s Office of Graduate Fellowships and Awards supports students across the university in identifying and applying for competitive external funding. The office provides guidance on scholarship searches, applications strategies, and national fellowship competitions.

General Graduate Business Awards

Frank L. Greathouse Government Accounting Scholarship
$10,000 scholarship for students pursuing careers in state and local government finance.

ICSC Foundation Scholarships
Supports students pursuing academic studies in the United States or Canada pursuing careers in real estate and commercial real estate leadership.

Rising Farmworker Dream Fund (MBA only)
Awards ranging from $250–$10,000 to MBA students who are the children of U.S.-based farmworkers in order to advance opportunity and impact through business leadership.

Affinity Scholarships

ABANA Foundation Fellowship (MBA only)
Promotes educational advancement and social equity, with preference for students with demonstrated interest in the MENA region.

Prospanica Scholarships
Up to $5,000 for graduate business students committed to making a positive change through their contributions to society.

Native Forward Scholars Fund
For students who are enrolled members or descendents of a U.S. federally recognized or state-recognized American Indian Tribe or Alaska Native group.

National Black MBA Association Scholarship
Available to NBMBAA members pursuing graduate business education.

Toigo LIFE Program (MBA only)
Powered by Toigo, Leaders Investing in Financial Excellence (LIFE) is a one-year, merit-based program designed to develop and deliver a new cohort of finance industry leaders.

Military and Veteran Education Benefits

Post 9/11 GI Bill®
Contribution toward tuition and fees, as well as books and supplies stipend for eligible veterans

For those who enrolled and completed the minimum service obligation to receive monthly education benefits

Yellow Ribbon Program
Covers the full cost of all Georgetown McDonough’s graduate degree programs for eligible veterans.
